1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Android application My Work Hours, provided by Future Mind, handles information when you use the app.
2. Information stored on your device
The app allows you to enter and manage information such as:
- Work dates and daily work hours
- Optional comments entered for individual days
- Hourly rate and selected currency
- Weekly and monthly calculations
- App preferences, including dark mode
This information is stored locally on your device for the app to function. Future Mind does not receive or remotely store this information in the current version of the app.
3. Personal data collection
The app does not require registration and does not directly collect your name, address, phone number, precise location, contacts, passwords, financial account details, or government identification information.
4. Advertising, analytics and tracking
The current version of My Work Hours does not include advertising, behavioural tracking, third-party analytics, or profiling technologies.
5. PDF and Excel exports
When you create a PDF or Excel report, the file is generated for your use. You control where the exported file is saved and whether it is shared with another person or service.
Any information contained in an exported file is disclosed only when you choose to save, upload, send, or share that file.
6. Feedback and email
If you select the feedback option, the app may open an email application installed on your device. No email is sent automatically.
Information you voluntarily include in an email, including your email address and message, will be processed for the purpose of responding to your request.
7. Google Play
Selecting the rating option may open the app's page in Google Play. Your interaction with Google Play is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies.
8. Data sharing
Future Mind does not sell personal information. The current version of the app does not transmit your recorded work hours, salary calculations, comments, or settings to Future Mind or to advertising companies.
9. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete it. Depending on your device, you can remove this data by:
- Deleting individual entries inside the app
- Clearing the app's storage through Android settings
- Uninstalling the app
Exported PDF or Excel files must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them.
10. Children’s privacy
The app is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Security
We aim to limit data collection and keep app information locally on the user's device. However, no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any exported files.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
